Quantitative Web Analyst

This is a unique and challenging position. Web analytics is one of the hottest Internet related careers. Our clients produce some of the world’s largest, most complicated and sophisticated web sites. If you have strong quantitative analytical skills, this is your chance to work with the best web analysts in the country. We are looking for candidates in New York City or San Francisco.

We are looking for someone with experience using one or more of the major web analytic tools (Omniture, Visual Sciences, Unica, or WebTrends), the ability to write sophisticated JavaScript tags, as well as proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Additional proficiency in SQL or Access is also desirable. Duties will include:

• Designing, constructing, and running reports using various online web analytics solutions (Omniture, Visual Sciences, Unica, WebTrends).
• Writing and de-bugging tags.
• Constructing reporting dashboards in Excel with external queries.
• Assisting in various web analytics projects, using data-mining techniques.
• Preparing PowerPoint presentations for client meetings.
• Assistance in the review and design of third-party web analytic solutions.
• Participating in regular phone meetings with clients in various capacities.

The position also involves some travel for client meetings and support. Candidates must live commuting distance from our office in Novato, California or New York City.

Salary is commensurate with experience and expertise.
